What is SoliVana Wellness Lab?
A private wellness sanctuary in Redwood City offering fourteen evidence-informed experiences designed to reset the nervous system, reduce stress, and support recovery.
How do I book?
Book online at solivanaspa.floathelm.com/booking, or call/text us at 650-564-4325. A credit card is required to book. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
Do I need a membership to book?
No. Experiences, packages, and memberships are all available. You can book a single visit or choose a package for ongoing resets.
How do I choose the right experience?
Start with the SoliVana Sampler to try four favorites, or call/text 650-564-4325 and we’ll recommend the best option for your goals.
Are sessions private?
Yes. Every experience is in a private suite or room, and our team is available only when you need us.
Do you provide towels?
Yes. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You do not need to bring anything.
Do you have a hair dryer?
Yes, we have a hair dryer you can use.
Do you provide lotions?
No, we do not provide body or face lotions, but we have samples in our store you can try.
