This data is collected using cookies, web beacons, log files, and similar tracking technologies.
Information from Third Parties. We may receive information about you from third-party service providers such as scheduling platforms, payment processors, or marketing tools that support our business operations.

Legal Basis for Processing. We process personal information based on your consent, our legitimate business interests, contractual necessity, and compliance with legal obligations.
Data Retention. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
03
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share certain data with trusted third-party service providers and advertising platforms (such as Meta) to help us operate our business and measure marketing performance.
We may share necessary information with trusted third-party service providers that assist us in operating our business (such as appointment scheduling platforms, payment processors, or marketing tools) strictly to perform services on our behalf and subject to confidentiality obligations.
We may also disclose your personal information in the following circumstances: in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of all or part of our business assets; to comply with legal requirements (court orders, subpoenas, government or law enforcement requests); to protect or defend the rights and interests of SoliVana Wellness; where we perceive a threat to the safety of individuals or property; in connection with misuse of our Website or violations of our Terms of Use; and with your explicit consent or at your direction.

Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our Website, understand how visitors use it, and deliver relevant marketing. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (provided by Google LLC) help us analyze traffic, and Google Ads supports advertising measurement and remarketing. We also use Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.
Meta Conversions API (CAPI). We do not currently send data to Meta's Conversions API. If that changes, we will update this policy before we begin.
Your Choices. When you first visit our Website, you can Accept All cookies, Reject Optional cookies, or Manage Preferences. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you consent, and we load Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel only after you consent. Google Analytics receives cookieless, anonymous signals (Google Consent Mode) that do not set cookies or identify you before you choose and, in that limited cookieless form, if you decline. Google Ads receives signals only after you accept marketing cookies. You can change your choices or opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information at any time by clicking the "Privacy Choices / Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: when GPC is enabled, we automatically disable analytics and advertising cookies and do not load the Meta Pixel. To learn more about how Google or Meta handle this data, visit policies.google.com/privacy or facebook.com/privacy.

SMS Communications & Opt-In
SoliVana Wellness Lab (Inner Light Wellness LLC) operates two separate SMS programs, and each requires its own distinct, explicit consent. Marketing consent is never combined with transactional consent, and neither checkbox is pre-checked.
• Transactional and customer-care messages. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the first SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive appointment reminders, booking confirmations and changes, responses to support requests, and follow-up related to an existing inquiry.
• Marketing and promotional messages. By separately checking the second, optional SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive special offers, discounts, event announcements, and membership promotions. This consent is entirely optional. It is not required to submit a form, book an appointment, or make a purchase, and declining it does not affect your transactional messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to either program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of that program at any time; reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at 650-564-4325. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We record the timestamp, page path, and any available UTM parameters with each SMS opt-in to document your consent. See our Terms of Service for the full SMS terms.

Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal information remains secure.
