What is an Outcome Program?
Each program is a scientifically sequenced combination of experiences designed to solve a specific problem (such as sleep, pain, nervous-system reset, or immune resilience) over several weeks.
How do I book?
Book online at solivanaspa.floathelm.com/booking, or call/text us at 650-564-4325. A credit card is required to book. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
How are sessions scheduled?
Programs are spaced across 3–4 weeks based on the protocol. You can book sessions through our online booking system or by calling/texting us at 650-564-4325.
Do program credits expire?
No. Program credits do not expire. The 3–4 week spacing is our recommended protocol for the best result. If life gets in the way, your remaining sessions are still there when you are ready.
Can I customize a program?
Programs are designed around proven sequencing for the best outcome. Contact us if you have health considerations or scheduling needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do programs replace medical treatment?
No. Our programs are complementary wellness programs. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Please continue working with your physician or specialist.
What if I need to miss a session?
We offer flexible rescheduling with 24-hour notice. Life happens, and the program schedule can adapt to keep you on track.
Can I share or split a program with someone else?
Programs are designed for one person to receive the full sequenced benefit. Contact us if you would like to purchase separate programs or gift one.
