What is the Half-Day Reset?
A private wellness experience for groups of 4–6 people, featuring 3 to 3.5 hours of science-backed recovery in our Redwood City center.
How do I book?
Book online at solivanaspa.floathelm.com/booking, or call/text us at 650-564-4325. A credit card is required to book. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
What packages can we choose from?
Float & Restore emphasizes deep stillness with float, salt room, NeuroVIZR, red light, and PEMF. Fire & Reset pairs infrared sauna and cold plunge with the same supporting modalities.
How much does it cost?
Each package is $599 per person. A $300 deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due on arrival.
Can we add extra experiences?
Yes. Optional add-ons include Pressotherapy, Extra Float, EMTT, and Body Composition Scan, available per person.
When are start times available?
Half-Day Reset experiences typically start at 11am, 1pm, or 3pm, subject to availability. We recommend booking early since we host only one group per week.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 7+ days before receive a full deposit refund, 2–6 days before receive a 50% refund, and 24 hours or less / no-shows are charged the full experience amount.
