Experience packages like Escape for Two are designed for pairs. Single-experience packs are tied to one account but can be gifted before activation.
How do I book experiences with my package credits?
After purchase, your credits appear in your FloatHelm account. Book each experience online just like a regular appointment — the credit is applied automatically at checkout.
Are packages refundable?
