Two contrast suites, each booked to one party. The small one holds two people, the large one holds four, and the number is the room rather than a rule we could bend. You get the sauna, the cold plunge, the hour, and the door.

The same format with room to sit apart. Four is the hard ceiling and it is the room, not a policy — a fifth person has nowhere to be.

Four Things to Know
One party, one room
You are never placed with strangers. When you book a suite it is yours for the hour, whoever you bring.
Two or four, not eight
The small suite holds two, the large holds four. If you are five or more, the whole lab is the answer — not a bigger suite.
You run it your way
Sauna, plunge, repeat, or sit and talk the whole time. We set the temperatures and get out of the way.
The salt room can follow
Add thirty minutes of halotherapy after your contrast hour and the group moves together into the salt room. It holds eight, so any party size fits.

More than four? The suites cannot hold you. Four to six is the Half-Day Reset; beyond that, buy out the whole lab.

Before You Book
Is the room really private?
Yes. The contrast suites are booked to one party at a time. Nobody else comes in, and you are not sharing the sauna or the cold with anyone you did not arrive with.
Can we book the large suite for two?
Yes — it is $180 for sixty minutes instead of $160 in the small suite. You are paying for space, not for time.
What if we are five or more?
The suites stop at four. Four to six people is the Half-Day Reset — three and a half hours through every room as a private group. Seven to eighteen is a full buyout of the lab.
Do we need to know what we are doing?
No. We set the sauna and the cold before you arrive, show you the rhythm in about two minutes, and leave. There is nothing to operate.
What do we wear?
Swimwear. Bring a suit; we provide robes, towels, and water.
Can we add the salt room?
Yes. Thirty minutes of halotherapy after the contrast hour, for the whole party, added to your booking. Tell us in the form and we schedule the two back to back.
How far ahead should we book?
Weekend evenings go first. A week out is comfortable; the same day is sometimes possible on a weekday.
