Twenty minutes of light and sound, then thirty in the salt room, in that order, because the second half is where the first one settles. There is nothing to choose and nothing to time. You arrive at quarter to seven and the evening takes care of the rest.

It has a start time
Doors at 6:45 for tea, and the room begins together at seven, so the hour has the shape of an evening.
One program, one room
All eight of you run the same NeuroVIZR sequence at the same moment, in the same room, and the whole room moves through the hour together.
There are seven other people
Barely a word is spoken all evening, and still there is something quietly companionable about lying in the dark beside others doing exactly the same thing.
You take something home
A card with the programme and what it works on, yours to keep long after the evening ends.
THE HOUR
Twenty Minutes, Then Thirty

Doors, tea, phones away
You arrive to warm tea and low light, and your phone goes into a basket by the door. For the next hour, no one in the room is reachable, and the evening is gentler for it.

Twenty minutes of NeuroVIZR
Light and sound over the eyes and ears, the same programme running for all eight of you at once. It draws the brain gently toward rest rather than focus. There is nothing to do but lie back and let it carry you.

Thirty minutes of salt
The device comes off and the room fills with fine, dry salt air. Lights low, nothing asked of you, nowhere to be. This is where everything the light and sound began quietly settles.

Tea and your card
Tea again, unhurried, and a card to take with you, with the programme we ran and what it works on. The evening draws gently to a close at eight.

Booked separately, NeuroVIZR is $75 and the salt room is $75. Together on a Friday night, guided, it is $110.

Before You Reserve
What is NeuroVIZR?
A device worn lightly over the eyes and ears that plays sequences of light and sound. The brain tends to fall in step with the frequencies it is shown, which is how twenty minutes can move you toward rest or toward focus. On Friday evenings we always run the rest programme.
Why salt afterwards and not before?
The light and sound does the work; the salt room is where it settles. Thirty quiet minutes in dry salt air, with nothing asked of you, is what lets the first half take hold, and it is the half we would never cut.
How many people?
Eight seats, which is the room's full capacity. When they are gone, they are gone.
What do I wear?
Whatever you arrived in. You stay comfortably dressed throughout, with no water, no heat and nothing to change into.
How do I pay?
You book and pay online, and that is what holds your seat. If plans change, let us know by Friday noon and we will refund you in full so the seat can go to someone on the list.
Does it run every week?
That is the plan. Reserve this one, and if the night works for you we will hold your seat for the following Friday before it goes public.
Can I bring someone?
Of course. Book two seats at checkout and we will keep you together in the room.
