FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 · 8 SEATS
Twenty minutes of light and sound to change the state you are in, then thirty minutes of salt air to let it hold. You end the week in your body instead of in your inbox.
You can book NeuroVIZR on its own and the salt room on its own, any day of the week. This is not that.
It starts at seven, it ends at eight, it holds eight people, and the two halves are run back to back in the order that makes them work. That is the whole difference, and it is the entire point.
WHY IT IS NOT A BOOKING
Not a slot you pick. Seven o’clock, doors at 6:45, and it begins whether or not you are settled.
All eight of us run the same NeuroVIZR sequence at the same moment. It is not eight people doing eight different things near each other.
Nobody talks. But lying in the dark beside strangers doing the same thing is not the same as doing it alone.
A card with the program and what it targets. It is a small thing and it is the part people keep.
THE HOUR
Doors, tea, phones away
You arrive, sit with a cup of tea, and put your phone in a basket. Nobody is on a screen for the next hour.
Twenty minutes of NeuroVIZR
Light and sound over the eyes and ears, the same program for all eight of us. It guides the brain toward one state — rest tonight, not focus. You lie back and let it run.
Thirty minutes of salt
The device comes off and the halogenerator comes on. Dry salt air, lights low, nothing asked of you. This is where what the light and sound started actually settles.
Tea, your card, out
You leave with the night written on a card — the program we ran and what it targets. Out the door by eight.
WHAT $110 COVERS
Booked separately, NeuroVIZR is $75 and the salt room is $75. Together on a Friday night, guided, it is $110.

QUESTIONS
A device worn over the eyes and ears that plays sequences of light and sound. Your brain tends to fall in step with the frequencies it is shown, which is how a twenty-minute session can shift you toward rest or toward focus. Friday nights we run a rest program.
The light and sound does the work; the salt room is where it lands. Thirty quiet minutes of dry salt air with nothing asked of you is the integration, and it is the half most people say they did not know they needed.
Eight seats — that is the room's capacity, not a marketing number. When they are gone they are gone.
Whatever you came in. You stay dressed the whole time; there is no water and no changing.
You book and pay online, which is what holds the seat. If you need to cancel, tell us by Friday noon and we refund it; the seat goes to the next person.
That is the plan. Reserve this one, and if the night works for you we will hold your seat for the following Friday before it goes public.
Yes — book two seats at checkout. It does not change the format.
