Membership FAQ
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. All memberships start with a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, your membership continues month-to-month and you can cancel at any time.
Can I pause my membership?
You may pause once per calendar year for up to 30 days after the initial 3-month commitment. Pauses are not available during the commitment period. To pause, call or text us at 650-564-4325 at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits roll over for up to 90 days from the date they were issued, so you never lose them if life gets busy. Credits still expire after 90 days, which is why we recommend booking your experiences regularly.
How do I book my member experiences?
After joining, you can book through your member portal or our regular booking link. Your monthly credits are applied automatically at checkout. You can also call or text 650-564-4325 and we can book for you.
Which experiences are included?
Core experiences include Float, Fire & Ice, and Pressotherapy. Signature experiences include Halotherapy, NeuroVIZR, Red Light, and PEMF. Every membership also includes a monthly Body Composition Scan and unlimited Vibration Plate sessions. The Practice adds a monthly BioEnergetics Scan.
Can I share my membership?
Yes. Your credits are transferable and can be used by a guest — just let us know when booking so we allocate the credit correctly.
Can I cancel early?
After the 3-month minimum commitment, you can cancel at any time. During the initial 3-month period, cancellations are not available, except for medical reasons or a move out of the area — call or text 650-564-4325 and we will take care of it.
What happens to my credits when I cancel?
All credits are immediately forfeited once your membership is cancelled. We recommend using any remaining credits before your cancellation takes effect.
