When a friend you send buys the Sampler, we add a Signature credit to your membership, up to one a month.
Your friend pays the Sampler's usual $390; there is no code to enter. Have them tell us your name on their first visit.
Every membership starts with a 3-month minimum, then continues month-to-month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Your price, sale price included, is locked for 12 months from your join date. Credits roll over for 90 days, and you may pause once a year for up to 30 days. Month one is your baseline
Your first scan is the number everything after it is read against. It takes twenty minutes and it is included from The Start upward.
Every month after is a comparison
Same scan, same conditions, stacked against the last one. Most people cannot tell whether a year of anything worked. You will be able to.
Every quarter, we read it with you
Ask at the front desk and we will walk your last three scans with you and adjust which experiences you are spending credits on.
The Practice adds a monthly BioEnergetics Scan on top, for those who want the fullest picture.
We are building a home for your scans, and when it opens, members will find their history already waiting there, included with membership. Every month you begin sooner is one more month of history in it.

Membership FAQ
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Every membership starts with a 3-month minimum commitment. After that it continues month-to-month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can send a cancellation request by email any time after your first 3 months, and it takes effect at the end of that billing cycle.
Will my price change?
Not for 12 months. Your monthly price, including any sale price in effect when you join, is locked for 12 months from your join date. SoliVana may adjust membership prices once a year, and we always notify members by email 30 days before any change takes effect.
Can I pause my membership?
You may pause once per calendar year for up to 30 days after the initial 3-month commitment. Pauses are not available during the commitment period. To pause, call or text 650-564-4325 or email info@solivana.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits roll over for up to 90 days from the date they were issued, so you never lose them if life gets busy. Credits still expire after 90 days, which is why we recommend booking your experiences regularly.
How do I book my member experiences?
After joining, you can book through your member portal or our regular booking link. Your monthly credits are applied automatically at checkout. You can also call or text 650-564-4325 and we can book for you.
Which experiences are included?
Core experiences include Float, Fire & Ice, and Pressotherapy. Signature experiences include Halotherapy, NeuroVIZR, Red Light, and PEMF. Every membership also includes a monthly Body Composition Scan and unlimited Vibration Plate sessions. The Practice adds a monthly BioEnergetics Scan.
Can I share my membership?
Yes. Your credits are transferable and can be used by a guest. Just let us know when booking so we allocate the credit correctly.
Can I cancel early?
Cancellation requests can be submitted once your first 3 months are complete. To cancel, email info@solivana.com with the subject "Membership Cancellation Request". Send the request from the email on your account; including your name and membership is optional. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and any unused credits are forfeited at that point. No refunds are issued for partial months. During the initial 3 months, cancellation is available only for medical reasons or a move out of the area, requested the same way by email.
What happens to my credits when I cancel?
All credits are immediately forfeited once your membership is cancelled. We recommend using any remaining credits before your cancellation takes effect.
