UP TO 18 PEOPLE · EVERY ROOM
The doors close and the building is yours. Five spaces, 18 people at once, and a rotation built around your group before anyone arrives.
A restaurant can seat your group. It cannot change how anyone feels by the time they leave.
Heat, cold, salt, silence and float water, run for your people in the right order by staff who do this every day. Two hours later the group is quieter, looser, and talking to each other differently. That is the thing you are actually buying.
THE ARITHMETIC
We publish the capacity because it is the honest way to plan a group. These are rooms, not estimates.
Himalayan Salt Room
Halotherapy for eight at once. Doubles as the NeuroVIZR room — eight units run in there together.
Large Fire & Ice Suite
Sauna and cold immersion, one party at a time.
Small Fire & Ice Suite
The same contrast format, sized for a pair.
Float Tanks
Three tanks, three people, sixty minutes of nothing.
Therapy Room
One guest per hour: Pressotherapy, PEMF, EMTT, energy healing or a BioEnergetics scan.
8 + 4 + 2 + 3 + 1 = 18 people in the building at the same moment.
A TWO-HOUR BLOCK
Arrive, split into groups
Tea, a two-minute orientation, and the room divides into the five spaces. Nobody waits in a lobby.
First rotation
Eight in the salt room, four in the large suite, two in the small, three floating, one in the therapy room. Everyone is doing something.
Swap
Groups move. The people who floated go to salt, the contrast suites turn over, the therapy room takes its next guest.
Close together
Everyone back in the salt room for the last twenty minutes — the one part of the night the whole group does at the same time.
Smaller group, same building? The rotation gets slower and everyone gets more of each room.
Smaller group? Two to four is a private contrast suite; four to six is the Half-Day Reset. Booking for a company on a weekday, or want us at your office? That is corporate wellness.
QUOTED THE SAME DAY
Headcount, the date you are circling, and how long you want the building. You get a real quote back, not a brochure.
QUESTIONS
Eighteen at once, and that is the building: eight in the salt room, four in the large contrast suite, two in the small, three in the float tanks, one in the therapy room. Groups larger than eighteen work in waves — we will tell you honestly whether your headcount fits the hours you have.
It is quoted rather than listed, because it depends on headcount, how many hours you hold the building, and whether you want food, a guided open, or a facilitator. Booked individually, a two-hour rotation for eighteen people runs past four thousand dollars — a buyout is priced below that and includes staffing on every room. Send the form and you get a number the same day.
Two hours is the shortest block that lets everyone rotate twice. Three hours is the one most groups are glad they booked. Evenings and weekend afternoons are both available.
Food yes, and we will point you to caterers who understand what people want after a sauna. Alcohol no — not in the same afternoon as heat and cold. That is a safety line, not a preference.
No. Cold is optional, floating is optional, and anyone who wants to sit in the salt room the entire time is having a perfectly good night. The rotation is a plan, not a schedule people are marched through.
Three weeks for a weekend, one for a weekday. We close the calendar to everyone else for your block, so the date is confirmed only once the deposit is in.
You do not need the building. Four to six people is the Half-Day Reset — three and a half hours through every room as a private group, at $599 a head. Two to four is a contrast suite on the private party page.
It is the same building, sold to a different buyer. HQ Wellness is the corporate tier: weekdays, a four-hour minimum, $3,500, invoiced, and built around a team. A buyout is for a private group on an evening or a weekend, in a shorter block, quoted to your headcount. If you are booking this for your company on a Tuesday, HQ Wellness is the cheaper door.
