What it is
Pressotherapy uses a suit with air chambers around the legs, abdomen and arms. The chambers fill and release in sequence, so a wave of firm pressure moves along the body and lets go.
Most people describe it as a long, steady squeeze: a firm massage you don't have to take your clothes off for, and one you can completely zone out through.
Why people love it
Guests who are on their feet all day call it the hour their legs stop reminding them about the day.
The pressure moves in waves: firm, rhythmic, predictable. You don't have to follow anything or do anything. You lie there and let it run.
Sequential compression is used in clinical settings and in athletes' recovery rooms, and people commonly tell us their legs feel lighter afterwards. Come for the deep rest of the hour itself.
Your visit at SoliVana
- Length
- 60 min
- What happens
- A full-body suit covers your legs, abdomen and arms, applying sequential waves of pressure. Staff help you with the suit and session settings.
- What to wear and bring
- You remain fully clothed. Wear a shirt with sleeves and full-length leggings or light pants so no skin is exposed under the suit. Let staff know about garment-fit or mobility needs.
Getting the most from it
- Wear a shirt with sleeves and full-length leggings or light pants so no skin is exposed; staff help you into the suit and set the pressure.
- Ask for less pressure if anything feels too tight. Comfort matters more than intensity.
- Many guests pair it with a long day on their feet or with the day after travel.
Who it suits
Anyone on their feet all day, anyone who has just stepped off a long flight, and anyone who likes firm pressure without giving up their clothes.
Who should check first
We do not book pressotherapy during pregnancy. Do not book without clinical guidance if you have deep vein thrombosis, blood clots, active infection or a circulatory condition. Tell staff about health conditions and medications before purchasing. We can't book anyone in their first trimester for any experience. Later in pregnancy, check with your OB/GYN or midwife before booking.
SoliVana experiences are wellness services, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
