What it is
NeuroVIZR is a headset that plays patterned light through closed eyelids together with sound. A practitioner chooses a program based on what you want: to rest or to focus.
Many people see shifting colours and patterns. The session lasts 25 minutes.
Why people love it
It is the rest people book when meditation doesn't work for them. The headset gives your attention something to follow (colour and pattern behind closed eyelids) so the session doesn't turn into a to-do list.
Guests describe it as the most vivid way they have ever relaxed.
A practitioner picks the program for what you want that day: calm, focus, or plain curiosity.
Your visit at SoliVana
- Length
- 25 min
- What happens
- Wear a light-and-sound device over your eyes and ears. A practitioner asks about your goals and selects a program. Tell them about your sensory preferences.
- What to wear and bring
- You remain fully clothed. Discuss light/sound sensitivity before your visit. Confirm equipment and positioning with the team.
Getting the most from it
- Tell the practitioner what you want: calm, focus or simply curiosity.
- Eyes stay closed; the light is seen through the eyelids.
- If anything feels too bright or intense, ask to stop. It is easy to adjust.
Who it suits
Anyone who has never managed to meditate, and anyone who wants to be entertained while they rest. Not for anyone with epilepsy or light sensitivity.
Who should check first
Consult your clinician and staff before use if you have epilepsy, photosensitivity, migraines or other concerns about flashing light or sound. We can't book anyone in their first trimester for any experience. Later in pregnancy, check with your OB/GYN or midwife before booking.
SoliVana experiences are wellness services, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
