CLIENT STORIES
Loved by 5,000+ Clients
Real feedback from people who have made SoliVana part of their reset.
“I came to SoliVana during a week where I felt completely overstimulated — mentally, emotionally, physically… I did the Fire & Ice session, and it honestly helped me come back to myself. The private room was spotless… the sauna-cold plunge combination was the reset my nervous system needed. I walked out feeling clearer, calmer, and more regulated than I had in weeks.”
“If you’re looking for a space to unplug, reset your nervous system, and give your body a meaningful break, SoliVana is worth visiting. We left feeling grounded, refreshed, and grateful for the experience… The space feels intentional — clean, calming, and designed for real restoration rather than just aesthetics.”
“I did a flotation session and the tank was great. Super quiet and much bigger than a typical one… Then did the “fire and ice” sauna and cold plunge. Was super impressed by the heat of the IR sauna. Usually I hate them but this one was much warmer than the typical IR sauna.”
“Very calming experiences — I have tried the infrared sauna and cold plunge (fire and ice), float sessions, halotherapy and just recently NeuroVIZR… I appreciate Natasha’s kind and caring approach and willingness to teach you about finding wellness.”
