Two ancient forces, one powerful protocol — the deep penetrating heat of full-spectrum infrared sauna paired with the invigorating chill of a cold plunge.
Fire & Ice Experience — also known as contrast experience — combines the deep, penetrating heat of a full-spectrum infrared sauna with the invigorating chill of a cold plunge to revitalize both body and mind. The infrared sauna supports circulation, promotes sweating, and helps muscles unwind, while the cold plunge supports the body's natural anti-inflammatory response, tightens skin, and activates the nervous system. Alternating between these two environments creates a powerful physiological response that many clients experience as deeply restorative. Our sauna also features built-in red light experience to support skin wellness and collagen production.
Duration: 60–90 minutes. Price from $130.
